Bunny Neo 3D Portrait Customization Service Notice
To ensure your customized experience and clarify service rules, please note the following items:
I. Design and Communication Instructions
Please provide a clear, unobstructed full-body photo to enable us to accurately fulfill your customization needs. Before confirming the renderings, we offer 1 free revision opportunity; we also provide 1 free revision opportunity before confirming the model diagram. For revisions exceeding the number of free times, a small design adjustment fee will be charged based on complexity (please consult customer service for details). Please confirm the "rendering stage" before proceeding to the next link to avoid disputes later.
II. After-Sales Issues
To protect your after-sales rights and interests, please take a complete unboxing video before opening the package. If the product is damaged, does not match the customization requirements, or has other issues, we will quickly handle returns, exchanges, or replacements for you with the complete unboxing video; after-sales applications without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Customized products do not support 7-day no-reason refunds.
III. Refund Rules
Rendering Design Stage: If you apply for a refund during the rendering design stage, 90% of the order amount will be refunded (10% of the total order amount will be deducted). Modeling Stage: If you apply for a refund after confirming the renderings but before entering the modeling stage, 60% of the order amount will be refunded (40% of the total order amount will be deducted). Production Stage: After the product enters the production, printing & coloring link, due to the uniqueness of customized products, refunds in any form are not accepted in principle (except for quality issues and transportation damage).
IV. Supplementary Service Instructions
1. Account and Information: You need to provide true and accurate personal, shipping, and payment information, be responsible for your own account security, and shall not transfer or sell the account.
2. Product Display: Due to differences in device models and settings, the color and appearance of the product may differ slightly from the screen display. We do not guarantee that it will be completely consistent with your expectations. Product descriptions may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Rules: Submitting an order by you constitutes a purchase application. We reserve the right to decide whether to accept the order. The order shall take effect only after payment and confirmation, and may not be canceled after confirmation. The purchased products are for personal or family use only, and shall not be resold commercially or exported.
4. Price and Billing: Product prices and promotional activities may be adjusted at any time without prior notice; the marked price does not include taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, and other related fees. Please confirm the information is accurate when making payment and update bank card and other payment-related information in a timely manner.
5. Logistics and Distribution: We are not liable for logistics delays. The delivery time is only an estimate and not a guarantee; after the product is delivered to the logistics, the risk and ownership are transferred to you. For issues such as logistics delays and damage, please contact the logistics party or us with the unboxing video.
6. Intellectual Property Rights: Trademarks, pictures, designs, and other content related to this service are protected by intellectual property laws. Without our written consent, you shall not copy, disseminate, or modify the relevant content without authorization.
7. Prohibited Behaviors: You shall not use this service to engage in illegal or malicious behaviors, infringe on the rights and interests of others, or disseminate harmful information. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the service and pursue relevant responsibilities.
8. Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your service usage right at any time. After the service is terminated, you still need to bear any unpaid fees, and the relevant intellectual property rights, liability exemption clauses, etc., shall remain valid.
9. Disclaimer: This service and products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. You shall bear the risk of using the service yourself.
10. Term Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust these service notices. After modification, they will be posted on the website. Your continued use of the service shall be deemed acceptance of the modifications.
