Design Rendering Stage: If you request a refund during the rendering design stage, you can refund 90% of the order amount (minus 10% of the total order amount). Modeling Stage: If you request a refund after confirming the renderings but before entering the modeling stage, you can refund 60% of the order amount (minus 40% of the total order amount).
