Refund rules
Design Rendering Stage: If you request a refund during the rendering design stage, you can refund 90% of the order amount (minus 10% of the total order amount). Modeling Stage: If you request a refund after confirming the renderings but before entering the modeling stage, you can refund 60% of the order amount (minus 40% of the total order amount). Production stage: After the product enters the production, printing & coloring process, due to the uniqueness of the customized product, in principle, no refund will be accepted in any form (except for quality problems and transportation damage)
